REGENERATION

This project was developed honor of those who once existed on this very soil and for those here today, who still seldom catch a glimpse of the importance of our motherly environment. Early inhabitants once occupied the same place we call Richmond. They once lived harmoniously with its land and wildlife. They recognized the importance of this natural environment and prioritized a sustainable way of life. The children cherished its significance and the lessons taught to them by their great ancestors.

This project, in its entirety, only scratches the surface to help rejuvenate our senses, to bring some of that  essence back, visually. The goal, to educate and remind us of the importance of our community and the  environment. Its depiction is a tribute to our land, wildlife and all those who inhabit it: past, current, and  future cycles.
